Abby Lee Miller Fraud Case Delayed — Her New Court Date Revealed

Abby Lee Miller will have to wait another few months before she gets her day in court.
Breaking Celebrity News has exclusively learned that the 49-year-old Dance Moms star's bankruptcy fraud case has been delayed again.
According to court documents obtained by Breaking Celebrity News, Miller filed a motion to get an extension on the deadline filing date for her pretrial motions for the fifth time.

The court granted Miller's request, and she now has until Tuesday, May 31 to submit her papers.
