Trial Of The Century! Jury Will Rule In $50M Bobbi Kristina Brown Lawsuit

Nick Gordon has been found responsible for the wrongful death of Bobbi Kristina Brown, and now he's going to pay! Breaking Celebrity News has learned that the judge in the case has ordered a jury trial to determine the full extent of damages.
In court documents obtained by Breaking Celebrity News, Fulton County Superior Court Judge T. Jackson Bedford slammed Gordon for his lack of participation in the wrongful death lawsuit against him, and ruled for a summary judgment in favor of Brown's estate. The jury will determine the exact amount of the damages.
"This matter shall be set down for a jury trial so that plaintiffs may present evidence of damages," the Judge wrote.
In addition, "after a hearing and the presentation of evidence in support, the judge shall award attorneys fees and cost of bringing the motions" to Brown's estate.
As Breaking Celebrity News reported, Judge Jackson Bedford issued a summary judgment in favor of Brown's estate, due to Gordon's lack of participation in the lawsuit.
Gordon "refused to respond to discovery, relying on a blanket asserting that to do so would violate his Fifth Amendment Privilege," the judge explained in the ruling. "The Defendant then moved to stay all discovery until any criminal proceedings were over. That motion was denied. Defendant asserted that privilege any way in refusing to respond to discovery, including failing to appear for his noticed deposition."
"The court finds that the defendant has failed and refused to comply with the order of this court," the ruling states, and as such, Gordon "is in contempt."
What's more, from now on "he is prohibited from introducing any facts contrary to the facts as set forth in the amended complaint" by Brown's estate, the judge wrote.
