'Glee' Star Mark Salling Under Investigation For Rape After Child Porn Indictment

Just months after his indictment on child [expletive] charges, Mark Salling could be in even more trouble with the law.
The former Glee actor, 34, is being investigated on claims he raped a woman, Breaking Celebrity News can confirm.
The sexual assault accusations are "under review," a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office tells Breaking Celebrity News.
According to reports, a 22-year-old female told police the alleged attack occurred four years ago during a brief relationship with the disgraced star.
Salling is already facing 20 years in prison for possession of child [expletive]. As Breaking Celebrity News exclusively reported earlier this month, police have about 100,000 pages of evidence against the actor, including graphic videos featuring children as young as 5.
He is next expected to appear in court on November 7.

In her recent memoir, Salling's ex-girlfriend Naya Rivera, 29, said she wasn't surprised by the allegations.
"I can't say I was totally shocked," she wrote. "But still, WTF!"
