Kanye West has been released from the hospital after his 5150 hold, Breaking Celebrity News has confirmed.

West, 39, was admitted to UCLA Medical Center last Monday, after a meltdown at trainer Harley Pasternak's home.

"He is out and at home," one source close to the Kardashians revealed.

Another said that West's wife has gone radio silent, focusing only on her husband's recovery.

"Kim isn't responding to anyone," the insider said. "She's gone quiet."
