Tom Sandoval ran into trouble leaving his post behind the bar, Breaking Celebrity News has learned!

Sandoval, 34, was arrested for driving with a suspended license in 2008, and was a no-show in court. In return, the Superior Court of Los Angeles issued a bench warrant for $10,000 against the SURver!

Sandoval appeared in court the next day and was ordered to pay $211 in fees, according to documents obtained by Breaking Celebrity News.
