All Alone! Kanye Seen For First Time Since Meltdown Without Kim

Kanye West was seen for the first time since his hospitalization and the rapper had a shockingly different appearance.
The Yeezus rapper. 39, has been in hiding since he was hospitalized in November after police were called following his meltdown during a workout session.
"K s in da house," he captioned the photo of a somber and thin looking West.
Kardashian was not with her husband and as Breaking Celebrity News has exclusively reported, the 'KUWTK' star has struggled with their relationship since her Paris robbery and his breakdown.
"Kim is really lost dealing with her problems right now. She is desperate for help but doesn't know who to turn to," a source close to the star told Breaking Celebrity News.
