Jackie Warner needs to Work Out a plea deal, Breaking Celebrity News has learned!

The celebrity trainer was arrested on Feb. 24 for felony assault with a deadly weapon and was also charged with hit-and-run and driving under the influence, according to reports.

Warner, 48, allegedly crashed her car into a pole before backing up into a police car. She was reportedly sleep driving at the time, but failed a breathalyzer test.

The Work Out star was sober for a year following her stint on Bravo.
