Some of Janet Jackson's own family members believe that there's a chance she has a secret love child, Breaking Celebrity News has learned, and they're pleading with her to set the record straight!

Multiple Jackson family members told Breaking Celebrity News that they have been "very much aware" of rumors of a hidden love child, whispers that have been swirling ever since Jackson hooked up with James DeBarge in the early 1980s.

"James took Janet away when she was real young, the brothers were out on the road and everyone was busy. We started hearing rumors that they eloped because she was pregnant and was scared to face Joseph and Katherine Jackson," one insider claimed.

More than thirty years later, a love child doesn't seem out of the realm of possibility, the sources said.

Indeed, one family member told Breaking Celebrity News that the Jacksons have grown accustomed to being kept out of the loop when it comes to super-secretive Janet's private.

"Look, Janet has always been even worse than Michael when it comes to her private life and keeping all of us in the dark," the family member said. "Remember she was married for 10 years to Renee Elizondo and we didn't find out about the marriage until they were getting a divorce!"

But if there is a secret child, the sources said, the family does NOT believe it's Tiffany Whyte, the Philadelphia woman who told Breaking Celebrity News that she believes Ms. Jackson is her mom.

"It ain't this girl," one of Janet's brothers told Breaking Celebrity News.

"But, if she's out there, and some of us have doubts both ways, then maybe Janet should set the record straight as only she can.

"At the end of the day, she'd be our family too so she'd be welcomed with open arms."
