Accused Nxivm sex cult leader Allison Mack was released on $5 million bond and will be placed on house arrest at her parents' home in Los Alamitos, California while she awaits trial on sex-trafficking charges,  Breaking Celebrity News learned exclusively.

The Smallville actress appeared in Brooklyn Federal Court Tuesday, April 24 where the judge ruled at her bail hearing. She will be permitted to travel to the southern district of New York only for court appearances.

Eyewitnesses at the court reveal exclusively to Breaking Celebrity News Mack appeared emotionless as she hid her tiny frame under a baggy prison outfit. "She was not crying and did not appear to have any emotion as she entered the court room," said the source.

Mack was also ordered not to have contact with any other members of the group. Cult members allegedly include actress Nicki Clyne, liquor heiress Clare Bronfman, and India Oxenberg, the daughter of Dynasty star Catherine Oxenberg.

Her mother, Melinda Mack, was also present in court Tuesday to co-sign the $5 million bond.

Melinda refused to comment when approached by Breaking Celebrity News reporters at the Brooklyn Federal Court.

Nxivm leader Keith Raniere was arrested in March, and Mack was arrested last week. Prosecutors say the two allegedly kept women as "slaves." 

Both have pleaded not guilty.

Her next court date is May 3.
