Just like her NBA player husband Rasual Butler, American Idol singer Leah LaBelle also had methamphetamines and alcohol in her system at the time of her tragic death, Breaking Celebrity News can exclusively report.

According to a Los Angeles medical examiner’s report exclusively obtained by Breaking Celebrity News, the 31-year-old died of “multiple traumatic injuries” resulting from a car crash on January 31, 2018.

LaBelle suffered fractures of the skull with hemorrhage and contusions to the brain from the horrific accident.

She also fractured her spine, and there were contusions of the lungs.

In a more surprising discovery, the medical examiner found she had ethanol, or alcohol, and methamphetamine, and amphetamine in her body.

LaBelle chose to donate her heart after her death.

Mysterious yellow pills, Pepto Bismol and flu relief medication Oscillococcinum were found in the car, in addition to an empty box of Don Julio tequila.

As Breaking Celebrity News previously reported, Butler, a close friend of Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian, had alcohol, meth, painkillers and marijuana in his system at the time of the fatal crash.

The NBA player, then 38, drove his Range Rover into a concrete wall in Los Angeles in late January, killing both him and his wife.

He was driving between 60 to 90 miles per hour at the time.

Both were pronounced dead at the crash scene.
