Shannon Beador’s cheating ex-husband David wants his last name back — so he can give it away to his new girlfriend, Breaking Celebrity News can exclusively report.

The Real Housewives of Orange County star changed her last name on social media this week to include her maiden name “Storms,” after dishing on The Daily Dish podcast that David did not think she was “worthy of the last name Beador.”

Breaking Celebrity News has learned the real reason David so desperately wants her to drop the last name is so that he can marry Shannon’s 34-year-old replacement, Lesley Cook!

“David did ask Shannon to remove the name Beador from her title because he wants to marry Lesley as soon as their divorce is finalized,” an insider said.

“David and Lesley think that she should not have to share the last name Beador with any other woman besides his three daughters.”

David’s bizarre demand comes on the heels of Breaking Celebrity News's exclusive news Shannon has moved on with wealthy widower, Scot Matteson, 58.

According to the source, “David is extremely bothered by Shannon’s relationship with Scot because he knows Scot well!”

“Scot has been a family friend of David and Shannon’s for years, and David has worked with him on a professional level."
