On the heels of her split from baby daddy Wladimir Klitschko‎, Hayden Panettiere's mom reveals in an exclusive interview with Breaking Celebrity News that she isn't a fan of her new boyfriend, Brian Hickerson.

Lesley Vogel said he was concerned that Hickerson, 28, had the wrong intentions with her daughter.

"You just never know what people want. You don't know if you can trust anyone," Vogel admitted. "I don't trust his intentions. People can use her."

Panettiere was caught "wasted" at a Los Angeles bar just days after her split from Klitschko was revealed. Onlookers told Breaking Celebrity News her boyfriend "seemed annoyed" during her drunken stupor.

But her mom is still warming up to the idea that he is her boyfriend.

"I wouldn't call him her boyfriend," Vogel added. "He is a friend. Only time will tell if he's an honest person or not."

As Breaking Celebrity News previously reported, Hickerson — who hails from South Carolina — makes a mere $48,000 a year and owes a credit card company thousands of dollars.

As Breaking Celebrity News readers know, Panettiere moved back to Los Angeles and is currently taking a break from acting.
