Bill Cosby's wife of 54 years is heading to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to file a complaint with the Judicial Conduct Board against the judge who presided over her husband's trial, Breaking Celebrity News can confirm.

In a shocking turn of events, Camille Cosby, 74, has demanded Judge Steven O'Neill be investigated — not her convicted felon husband, 81.

According to a Cosby spokesperson, Camille will be filing papers later today, demanding the state launch an investigation for "ethical misconduct" into the judge.

As Breaking Celebrity News readers know, the comic's wife stormed out shortly after he was sentenced to house arrest in May, according to an insider who spoke to Breaking Celebrity News exclusively.

Camille issued a statement referring to Breaking Celebrity News's exclusive report after a source alleged the judge hid a secret relationship with one of the witnesses' employees.

After being tipped off by a recent online publication regarding the feud, Mr. Cosby retained a former FBI agent to investigate the relationship between Mr. Castor and Judge O'Neill," Camille said. "What came to light was far worse than what was even reported."

The exclusive report by Breaking Celebrity News rocked the trial, raising accusations that the presiding judge had a blowout fight with a key witness.

"My husband was improperly prosecuted in a trial presided over by an unethical judge who seeks to compound his unethical behavior by sentencing Bill Cosby, nor 81-years-old and unsighted, for a charge that the former DA and the judge's rival, Mr. Castor, determined was unwarranted and would never be prosecuted," Camille continued. "Based on the newly discovered evidence uncovered by a former FBI agent, it is Judge O'Neill who must be investigated and prosecuted."

Just two weeks ago, Bill's legal team filed a motion asking the judge to step aside.

The convicted comic is scheduled to stand before Judge O'Neill next week where he faces a maximum of 30 years in prison after a jury found him guilty of drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand in his Pennsylvania home in 2004.
