It doesn’t seem Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s holidays are going to be so happy!

Breaking Celebrity News has exclusively learned one of Jolie’s attorneys, Joseph Mannis, recently took the unusual step of filing a formal motion with the court notifying everyone that he will be out of town for about six days over Thanksgiving and two weeks at Christmas.

Mannis is requesting that no hearings between his client and Pitt be scheduled during those times.

“Brad’s lawyers are going to ignore something that comes up with the kids that needs immediate attention from the court just because Joe is on vacation?” asked an incredulous insider of the strange move.

According to the insider, Pitt, 54, is now concerned Jolie, 43, could be getting ready to “stir up drama” over the holidays and will “try to make him look like the bad guy” if he does need to go to court while her attorney is out of town.

Still, “Brad won’t let Angie’s antics deter him from spending time with them,” a source close to the actor revealed of the couple’s children.

As Breaking Celebrity News reported, Jolie recently twisted the knife in her ongoing divorce battle with Pitt, who she split from in 2016.

“Brad left a bunch of items with Angie and the kids, like antiques and family heirlooms as well as sentimental trinkets and old toys from his childhood — and she tosses anything of Brad she finds straight into the trash, without hesitation!” said an insider.
