After months of marriage woes, are Kim Kardashian and Kanye West finally over?

The long-suffering wife and mom of three shared a moment with famous divorce attorney Laura Wasser on Christmas Eve.

"More Xmas Eve Pix," Kardashian captioned a shot with family friend Shelli Azoff and Wasser, the Hollywood power attorney who handled her split from second husband Kris Humphries.

As Breaking Celebrity News reported earlier this month, the reality star, 38, was beginning to think divorce could be the "only option" in her quest to cope with the volatile West, 41.

"Kanye continues to throw Kim and her family into the fire and she is constantly getting threats and harassment. It is just past the point of getting old, and Kim is so fed up with all of this," a source told Breaking Celebrity News.

After months of bizarre behavior, West slammed nemesis Drake for following his wife on Instagram over the weekend, then claimed to be off his medication for his bipolar disorder.

Despite their issues, the Kardashian-West clan is currently in Aspen, Colorado celebrating the New Year with the rest of her famous family.
