Watch out, Dina!

Breaking Celebrity News can exclusively report that Lohan’s rumored online boyfriend was once slapped with a restraining order ordering him to stay away from his ex-wife.

According to shocking court documents obtained by Breaking Celebrity News, Jesse Nadler, 53, was ordered by a California court in 1993 to stay “at least 25 yards away" from his second ex-wife, including her residence, workplace and car.

The order was a means of “domestic violence prevention,” according to the docs.

One year later, in December 1997, a California judge approved the dissolution of Jesse’s marriage.

Breaking Celebrity News reached Jesse for comment, who confirmed the restraining order. He claimed that his ex was just using it as a way to get money out of him.

"She was shaking me down for money and trying to use anything legally against me to get money," he said.

Dina's boyfriend also claimed his second marriage was never legal.

"She told me we were never legally married! We got married on the beach with no witnesses," he claimed.

As Breaking Celebrity News readers know, Lindsay Lohan’s mom Dina, 56, divulged on Celebrity Big Brother that she has been dating Jesse for five years, despite the fact that the two have never met.

Dina also claimed that she’s talked to Jesse “every day” in those five years.

In a recent interview with Breaking Celebrity News, Jesse claimed he’s “going to marry” Lindsay’s mom.

Shortly after Dina’s explosive revelation of her relationship status on television, rumors circulated that she was being catfished. Jesse, however, has denied that he’s “fake.”

“I’m a real guy. And Dina is happy that people don’t think she got catfished,” Jesse told Breaking Celebrity News.
