Kim Kardashian is doubling down on surgical procedures, Breaking Celebrity News has learned exclusively, mainly because she’s feeling stressed amid her marriage meltdown!

“She’s looking pretty good so these laser treatments are unnecessary,” an insider snitched. “But Kim says they make her feel better about herself and that’s why she’s having them.”

Of course, the Kardashian family is no stranger to a little plastic surgery, with nearly every sister rumored to have undergone some sort of procedure. Sources previously told Breaking Celebrity News exclusively that Kim is a fan of implants, and has touched up everything from her face, thighs and [expletive].

“She’s spending a small fortune and running out of parts of her body to operate on,” the insider added. “But Kim just loves going to the surgeon’s office and says it’s an empowering, soothing feeling to get these nips and tucks.”

According to the insider, the beautifying procedures also serve to "distract" her from her crumbling relationship with husband Kanye West.

As Breaking Celebrity News readers know, Kim has been growing increasingly uneasy as West has made strange outbursts online and through Twitter.

Add that to the realization that baby number four is on the way via surrogate, and it’s enough to make the stressed-out superstar grasp for anything consistent and familiar – including surgery!
