The former The Real Housewives of Atlanta star was turning 40 during filming, and cameras showed her dealing with tons of turmoil involving her girl and estranged brother.

Viewers went back in time to see Kim's husband Kroy Biermann rushing her to the hospital after she suffered a new crisis. As Breaking Celebrity News readers know, she previously suffered a mini-stroke in 2015 while competing on Dancing with the Stars.

Kim’s head had started "pounding" and her heart rate was at a 130 while resting in bed.

Her sexy daughter Brielle, 22, was preparing to move out and get her own place, and she admitted it could break Kim's "little old lady heart."

Luckily, doctors told Kim that her blood count was just low, and gave her some iron.

But would the drama inspire a family reunion? Kim has been estranged from her parents and brother.

She said that her brother got turned against her by their folks but wanted to know if he had the same blood issue.

On the episode, they got in contact and the brother said he had some of the same symptoms.

Kim wound up inviting him and his wife to her 40th birthday bash.
