Breaking Celebrity News can exclusively reveal that Teresa Giudice is still determined to leave her husband Joe Giudice after his pending deportation order is official.

“She is definitely going to divorce him,” a source said, "but she’s still going to wait until that final decision.”

As Breaking Celebrity News reported, 46-year-old Joe’s worst nightmare became a reality when a judge denied his deportation appeal on April 11.

Despite the devastating setback, the convicted felon’s legal team immediately filed a petition for the federal court to review the decision, and he is currently locked up at a federal detention facility in Pennsylvania.

“Joe never had a chance,” an insider told Breaking Celebrity News. “He never should have fought the government. They’re making an example of him."

Meanwhile, Teresa, 46, has made the decision to move on with her life — she was caught cavorting with with a 26-year-old boy toy on a Miami getaway in February — and has no plans to go with her husband to Italy, though she’s awaiting the final ruling to take action.
