Mom Brain, which the mother of six co-hosted with television personality Daphne Oz, no longer exists amid the investigation into her husband Alec Baldwin's fatal shooting accident on the set of his latest movie, Rust.

As Breaking Celebrity News previously reported, Hilaria, 37, spoke out after learning about the death of 42-year-old cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, who along with 48-year-old director Joel Souza was shot last week while rehearsing a scene on the Santa Fe, New Mexico, set.

"MY HEART IS WITH HALYNA. HER HUSBAND. HER SON. THEIR FAMILY AND LOVED ONES. AND MY ALEC," the yoga instructor wrote on Instagram after taking the kids and fleeing the couple's Manhattan home amid the media frenzy. "IT'S SAID, 'THERE ARE NO WORDS' BECAUSE IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO EXPRESS THE SHOCK AND HEARTACHE OF SUCH A TRAGIC ACCIDENT. HEARTBREAK. LOSS. SUPPORT."

Hilaria has also removed Mom Brain from her Instagram bio.

Her now-defunct, parent-centered podcast has not aired a new episode since December 2020, when she was accused of faking a Spanish accent and lying about her upbringing.

According to The Sun, the trademark for "Mom Brain" is no longer active as of June 2, 2021, as paperwork states that the trademark office "did not receive a response to the previous Office action within the six-month response period."

The reason for the "dead" status, reports the outlet, is because Vaynerstudios, LLC and The Gallery Media Group "abandoned" the trademark.

It was on said podcast that Hilaria once told listeners, "I moved here when I was 19 to get to NYU. My family lives in Spain." Her profile on the Creative Artists Agency even listed Spain as her birthplace.

It was soon discovered that she was actually born in Boston under the name Hillary Lynn Hayward-Thomas, as former classmates from her alma mater, The Cambridge School of Weston, came out in droves to say they attended the prestigious Massachusetts boarding school with her.
