Former Smallville actress Allison Mack will be handed her sentence next month for her role in the Nxivm sex cult.

The 38-year-old "slave master" is finally set to be sentenced on June 30 and could face up to 40 years in prison.
She pleaded not guilty in April 2019 to racketeering and racketeering conspiracy charges including extortion and forced labor.
Each charge carries a sentence of 20 years behind bars.
Mack was originally scheduled for sentencing in September 2020.

The hearing was extended in order to give parole officers time to write up a pre-sentencing court for the judge.
Mack has been accused of being Nxivm leader Keith Raniere's right-hand woman. Raniere -- who touted themselves as a self-help group -- was actually designed to fulfill his sexual desires, according to prosecutors.
The former Smallville actress confessed to being part of the slave-master sex cult.
Some members were branded with Raniere's initials and blackmailed into having sex with him and other group members.
