'Big Brother' Winner Mike 'Boogie' Malin Found Guilty Of Felony Stalking Co-Star Dr. Will Kirby, Sentenced To 2-Year Probation

Big Brother Season 7 winner Mike "Boogie" Malin has been found guilty of felony stalking former close friend Dr. Will Kirby, who won Season 2 of the CBS reality competition series.
Malin was arrested in August of 2019 and initially pleaded not guilty to the charge; however, according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, the 50-year-old reality television personality withdrew his plea and changed it to "nolo contendere" (which means "no contest"), thereby waiving his right to a trial.
During a court hearing this past April, Malin was sentenced to three days in a Los Angeles County jail, followed by two years of probation, during which he will be under "mandatory supervision" of a probation officer.
The judge ordered Malin to "maintain residence as approved by the probation officer" and "keep [the] probation officer advised of [his] residence and work and home telephone numbers at all times."
The former reality star is also "prohibited from owning, purchasing, receiving, possessing or having, under his/her custody or control, any firearms, ammunition and ammunition feeding devices" and was "ordered to relinquish all firearms" if any were already in his possession.
Malin is required to complete 160 hours of community service and submit his DNA to be kept on file in a database.
