Brad Pitt Fights Ex Angelina Jolie's Custody Win, Argues Minor Error Made By Judge Shouldn't Restrict His Access To Kids

Brad Pitt is fighting back after his ex Angelina Jolie came out victorious in their nasty custody battle.
One month after his legal team told Breaking Celebrity News exclusively they will "continue to do what’s necessary legally based on the detailed findings of what’s best for the children," the actor's lawyers did just that.
According to Page Six, Pitt's attorneys filed documents in California Supreme Court on Wednesday challenging Jolie's custody win.
The 57-year-old star argues Jolie should not have gotten custody of the former couple's children and essentially pointed the finger at the temporary judge they both selected, claiming his honor made a minor administrative error.
In May, Judge John W. Ouderkirk granted Pitt joint custody of their five minor children — Pax, 17, Zahara, 16, Shiloh, 15, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 13. Their oldest Maddox is an adult at 20 years old.
