‘Grace Under Fire’ Actress Brett Butler ‘Back On Track’ After $12,400 Raised To Help Her Avoid Being Kicked To The Streets

‘90s star Brett Butler has avoided becoming homeless after her friend helped raise thousands to help keep a roof over her head.
The actress, who famously struggled with addiction issues, was about to be kicked to the streets earlier this year. Her friend Lon Strickler decided to step in and launched a GoFundMe to try and raise funds for Brett.
He explained the situation was dire for the actress turned psychic and she was facing eviction.
He said, “like many others, this past year has put her in a critical situation and desperation has set in. I’m not exaggerating using those words. It is urgent. Brett has exhausted all of her resources and the stress of looming eviction is straining her mentally and physically.”
Lon described Brett as “one of the kindest down-to-earth people that anyone will meet. She has helped me get through some rough times and I feel it’s time for me, and her friends, to help get her through this.”
