Britney Spears wants out of her 13-year conservatorship and plans to sue her dad, Jamie Spears.
The 39-year-old pop princess -- who has been fairly quiet for over a decade on the matter -- addressed the judge for the first time during a virtual hearing on Wednesday.

Britney's divorced parents were present for the meeting, but that didn't stop her from going off.
According to reports, the singer is so upset with her family that she wants to sue.
Britney also told the judge she does not want to further medical evaluation. She's tired of going to therapy three times a week and wants to limit her session to just once a week. The star also wants to do her therapy sessions from home.
Her mom, Lynne Spears, emphasized that she wants her daughter's wishes to be heard.
The Grammy winner spoke up several times, making it clear she wants out of her conservatorship, to which her father objected.

The hearing ended with the judge thanking Britney for having the courage to speak out. The judge's decision will be presented at a later date.
In April, it was revealed that Britney was granted permission to speak to the judge openly about her conservatorship. Many assumed she wouldn't hesitate to discuss her troubled relationship with her dad.
While Jamie is no longer Britney's personal conservator, he still manages her business affairs like dealing with money and her estate.
