Chris was spotted enjoying a day out on his boat in Sag Harbor in Long Island, NY on Tuesday -- the same day Andrew announced he was resigning from his position.
The CNN host is battling controversy of his own, after it was reported he worked behind the scenes in an attempt to help his brother.
