Clive Davis was forced to cancel his jam-packed Welcome Back NYC concert, and the people who paid hundreds of dollars for tickets are pissed.

Breaking Celebrity News has learned the VIPs are demanding a refund, with some paying up to $400 per ticket to get the best seats in the house for the star-studded event.
The highly-anticipated show had performances from Jennifer Hudson, Paul Simon, Barry Manilow, Bruce Springsteen, and more scheduled but it was canceled midway through due to severe weather conditions.
Not only are the VIPs requesting they be refunded ASAP, but we're told the event cost the city millions in production costs, as did the travel and lodging prices for performers.
Insiders tell Breaking Celebrity News none of the artists got paid to perform, but all of their expenses were covered, including their private planes, transportation through the city, as well as hotel rooms and rehearsal costs.
Our sources reveal the security bill alone for the event was in the hundreds of thousands of dollars range.
After being forced to pull the plug on Clive's Welcome Back NYC show after lightning struck, we've learned the music mogul was begging the only artists backstage like The Killers, Elvis Costello, and Barry Manilow to do a private performance for the VIPs.
