Craig Conover, Madison LeCroy, and the producers of Southern Charm are demanding the legal action brought by Kathryn Dennis’s politician ex-boyfriend over comments about his [expletive] be dismissed.

According to court documents obtained by Breaking Celebrity News, lawyers representing Bravo, producers, Conover, and LeCroy are asking a South Carolina judge to press pause on the case brought by Dennis’ ex, Joseph Abruzzo.

Back in January 2020, Abruzzo filed a civil lawsuit over comments made on the Bravo show. Abruzzo is currently the Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller for Palm Beach County. Previously, he served as a member of the Florida House of Representatives from 2016 to 2018.
