Denise Richards To Take The Stand In Court As She Fights Off Fraud Accusation From Former Landlords

Denise Richards’ former landlords plan to call the ex-Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star to the stand in their upcoming trial.

According to court documents obtained by Breaking Celebrity News, Anthony Ellrod and Christopher Masterson, who are suing Denise and her husband Aaron Phypers, have submitted their list of witnesses to the court.

The list includes the Wild Things actress and her husband. Anthony and Christopher plan to question Denise for 1 hour total. The trial is set to start in Los Angeles on December 6.

As Breaking Celebrity News previously reported, Anthony and Christopher are suing over alleged damages done to their Calabasas rental.

Denise and Aaron rented a home from the plaintiffs for Aaron’s brother to live in for a short period of time before their 2018 wedding.

In the suit, the landlords claimed the home was left trashed and needed serious repairs. They also accused the defendants of breaching the lease by allowing two pot-bellied pigs, three dogs and two ponies onto the property.

The suit read, "During their seven-month tenancy the defendants trashed the house and destroyed the landscaping, resulting in over $100,000 in damage.” They are suing for $103k in damages.
