Dr. Dre’s ex-wife Nicole Young claims the music mogul and his team can’t find a copy of the prenuptial agreement they are trying to enforce in the $1 billion divorce battle.
According to court documents obtained by Breaking Celebrity News, Nicole is making the case for Dre to hand over $4 million to cover her attorney fees. She claims to have only $1 million in the bank with Dre still in control of his massive fortune.

Nicole filed for divorce from Dre in July 2020 after 24 years of marriage. She claims they had no prenup and believes she’s entitled to half of the estate.
Dre denies he didn’t have Nicole sign paperwork before the marriage which laid out who got what in the case of a split. He says the agreement was signed hours before their wedding in Maui, Hawaii on May 25, 1996.
In newly filed documents, Nicole reveals Dre and his team can’t seem to locate the original copy of the prenuptial agreement. She says, “Neither Andre nor anyone on his team had or has the original of the” agreement.
The news is a bombshell development in the nasty split. Nicole will argue without an original copy the prenup cannot be enforced.
