Orphans Owed Millions From Erika Jayne’s Husband Tom Girardi Coming After Reality Star's Assets

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne is facing more legal troubles as her estranged husband Tom Girardi’s creditors are coming after her in court.
According to court documents obtained by Radar, the lawyers representing the orphans and widows screwed out of millions by Girardi are asking the court for permission to go after Jayne.
As we previously reported, Girardi was forced into Chapter 7 bankruptcy earlier this year. The once-respected lawyer is accused of running his law firm like a Ponzi scheme and screwing his clients out of tens of millions.
Financial records reveal the firm owes $101 million to various creditors. The trustee presiding over the case, who oversees collecting money and selling off assets, is suing Jayne for the return of $25 million.
The suit claims Girardi’s law firm of paying the bills for Jayne’s company EJ Global for years. The problem is many of his former clients claim they are owed millions. One fire burn victim says Girardi owes him $11 million.
