Erika Jayne Sued For Return Of $25 Million Her Husband Thomas Girardi Used To Pay Her Bills

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne allegedly received tens of millions from her estranged husband at a time when he knew his finances were in shambles.
According to court documents obtained by Breaking Celebrity News, the trustee presiding over Thomas Girardi’s involuntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy has filed suit against the Bravo star.
In the court documents, the trustee says Girardi has transferred money and assets to her entertainment company in an attempt to hide them from his creditors. Earlier this year, the once-respected lawyer was pushed into Chapter 7 bankruptcy by his creditors.
They accuse him of embezzling millions meant for his clients. Jayne is accused of helping him embezzle the money to help pay for her lavish lifestyle including $40,000 a month on her glam squad.
In the suit, the trustee, who is attempting to collect money to pay back Girardi’s creditors, says he is informed that Jayne has received jewelry and other luxury items purchased using the Debtor’s funds. The trustee says during his investigation he also learned that Jayne was paid $25,000,000 in receivables from her estranged husband.
The trustee trashed the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star.
