Disgraced NY Governor Andrew Cuomo Hit With Criminal Complaint From Accuser Who Claims He 'Cupped' Her Breast

One of Andrew Cuomo's accusers has filed a criminal complaint against the disgraced New York City Governor after she claimed he fondled her breast.
The alleged victim -- who is identified as “Executive Assistant #1" in Attorney General Letitia James' sexual harassment report -- took action by filing the documents against Cuomo at the Albany County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday.
Sheriff's then contacted the Albany County District Attorney’s office, reports The New York Post.
Sheriff Craig Apple tells the outlet Cuomo could be facing serious consequences, like a possible arrest, if the evidence is substantial.
“The end result could either be it sounds substantiated and an arrest is made and it would be up to the DA to prosecute the arrest,” he revealed. “Just because of who it is we are not going to rush it or delay it."
"Executive Assistant #1" claims the governor reached under her blouse and fondled one of her breasts as he pulled her in for a hug at the Executive Mansion in Albany on Nov. 16.
In James' report, the unidentified woman recalled the scary encounter to investigations.
"I mean it was—he was like cupping my breast. He cupped my breast,” she said.
