Halle Berry is denying she caused UFC fighter Cat Zingano harm after cutting her from her new Netflix film Bruised, claiming she wasn't that great of a fighter.
According to court documents obtained by Radar, the 55-year-old actress is firing back at the lawsuit accusing her of breaching an oral agreement.
As we previously reported, Zingano sued Berry back in August, accusing her of screwing up her career.
The fighter claimed Berry reached out to offer her a role in Bruised.

Zingano says she met Berry in July 2019 to talk about the project the actress was directing. She claims to have been told she was perfect for the film.
In the suit, the fighter said Berry told her to make sure to clear her schedule since production was starting soon. The UFC called Zingano shortly after her convo with Berry and offered her a big fight.
Zingano claims she told Berry about the offer. The suit claims the actress advised the fighter to turn down the role due to insurance concerns on the film.
