Hayden Panettiere's boyfriend Brian Hickerson was pressuring the actress to have a baby shortly before her death, according to new claims Breaking Celebrity News can reveal.
Hickerson, 37, was reportedly desperate for the pair to become parents despite his concerning financial situation, claim pals.
'He Was Pushing Hayden to Have a Baby'

The 'Heroes' actress suffered severe postpartum depression following the birth of her daughter, Kaya.
He also seemingly swept over the sensitivity of Panettiere's potential pregnancy, given she previously suffered severe postpartum depression following the birth of her daughter, Kaya.
That painful period of the Heroes star’s life led to addiction struggles, treatment, and Kaya ultimately living with her father, boxer Wladimir Klitschko.
Taking to his Naughty But Nice Substack page, sources told Hollywood insider Rob Shuter: "Brian wasn’t casually talking about someday becoming a father – he was pushing Hayden to have a baby with him.
"She understood exactly what another pregnancy could potentially mean for her emotionally, and she wasn’t convinced it was something she wanted to risk."
Brian Hickerson's 'Motives' Worried Pals

Hickerson has money issues, it's been claimed.
On his finances, members of the couple’s inner circle raised concerns regarding Hickerson’s motives for having a child with Panettiere and what it would mean for their already complicated relationship.
An insider claimed: "Brian was struggling financially, so people absolutely questioned his motives. A baby wouldn't just make them parents — it would connect him to Hayden for the rest of his life. That raised alarm bells."
Sources close to the Nashville star say the decision was far more complicated than simply whether she wanted another child.
'There Was Tension Between Them'

The actress feared possible consequences of having another baby, according to sources.
The insider explained: "Hayden knew how badly things had gone after Kaya. She had lived through postpartum depression, addiction, and the heartbreak of being separated from her daughter. Brian wanted a baby.
"Hayden understood the possible consequences. That was the tension between them."
Recently, Panettiere's neighbor claims she saw the late actress being taken from her Los Angeles apartment on a gurney twice while she was living with Hickerson.

A neighbor claimed she saw Panettiere with bruises.

Mia Terrazas said Panettiere, who died at the age of 36 on August 16 after being found unresponsive in Greenville, South Carolina, appeared to have "bright red spots" and "bruises" during the incidents, which happened on July 29, 2023, and January 16, 2024.
Terrazas, who still lives at the West Hollywood apartment complex, told Page Six she witnessed firefighters take Panettiere out of the building both times.
Hickerson was allegedly present during each incident and remained "glued to" Panettiere as she was removed from the apartment.
"It appeared that she had been beaten up. It wasn't apparent to me that it could have been anything else," Terrazas claimed. The neighbor said Panettiere often looked "battered," while her daughter, Vileena Koneru, said she observed the same.

The neighbor also claimed she heard Panettiere and her boyfriend arguing.
During the 2023 incident, Terrazas claimed she approached Panettiere while she was on the gurney and asked if she was OK.
The movie star allegedly replied, "Yes."
Terrazas also claimed she frequently heard “muffled arguments” coming from Panettiere's apartment.
"You can tell somebody's arguing just by the tonality," she noted. "It was very hostile."
She recalled another alleged confrontation involving Panettiere and Hickerson in an elevator, claiming she heard the actress yell, "Just leave me alone! Just stop!"
Terrazas said she became "terrified" of Hickerson and recalled one occasion when she believed he followed her down the stairs.
"I'm 61. I'm moving really slow down those stairs, and he's just right behind me," she said. "Didn't pass me up or anything. And I thought, 'Is that to intimidate me?'"
