The 35-year-old runway vet was photographed smiling and laughing alongside her baby daddy Bradley Cooper on Wednesday.
The former couple looked like old pals while walking through Greenwich Village in New York City with their four-year-old daughter, Lea De Seine.
Irina and Bradley didn't appear to rush their joint visit. Instead, they opted to play on the playground with their only child.
The Victoria's Secret model flaunted her runway-worthy legs in a cream-colored mini dress and matching boots that fell at her calves.
Unlike his former flame, Cooper kept it causal for their reunion.
The Star Is Born actor wore jeans, a plain t-shirt, and a pair of beat-up sneakers.
At one point during their visit, Cooper grabbed their daughter's headband and adorably put it on his head.
The duo was all smiles while enjoying the day as a family of three, despite rumors that Shayk may have moved on to Kim Kardashian's soon-to-be ex-husband.
