Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss has unloaded one of her properties for half a million dollars.
According to real estate records obtained by Radar, the Bravo star found a buyer for her 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 3,733 sq. ft. home located in Fayetteville, Georgia.
The home was bought for $555k. The last sale listed for the home was back in 1996 for $252k, which is when Kandi presumably purchased the pad. That means the reality star made a pretty penny on the sale.

The all-brick traditional ranch has been “completely updated” inside. The property sits on 2 acre on a private cul de sac. The amenities include a wood burning fireplace, expansive master suite and a luxurious master bath with jetted tub.”
Kandi also had the kitchen updated with stainless steel and “loads of cabinet space.” The home also comes with an enclosed porch that overlooks the pool arm.” A 1-bedroom guest home is also featured in the backyard.
The RHOA star still owns her main home in Atlanta. The property is a 7-bedroom, 10-bathroom mansion that features a heated pool with bar, elevator, 5-car garage, and an intense security system.
