According to sources, the country singer was filming the reality singing competition when she received an email informing her the judge had upheld the prenup in her nasty divorce war.
Her estranged husband had been fighting the prenup and wanted it thrown out in the divorce, but a judge said no on Wednesday -- instead, ruling the contested premarital agreement would stay in place.
