Divorce Court Declares Kelly Clarkson Single, One Year After Filing For Divorce From ‘Full-Time Ranch Hand’ Brandon Blackstock

Kelly Clarkson is officially a single lady after the judge in her divorce from "ranch hand" Brandon Blackstock signed off on the ex's status change.
Clarkson's not just legally single. The judge also determined when their marriage will be terminated, but it won't be until next year.
According to documents obtained by Us Weekly, their “marital or domestic partnership status” will end on January 7, 2022.
Clarkson, 39, filed for divorce from the music manager-turned-ranch-hand in June 2020. They spent the last year and some change fighting over assets and their multimillion prenup.
The Since U Been Gone hitmaker scored a victory when the judge recently sided with her over the prenup.
Her ex wanted it thrown out in the divorce, but his request was denied. Instead, the judge ruled the contested premarital agreement would stay in place — a major win for Clarkson.
The Voice judge gets to keep everything she earned during their 7-year marriage, but is on the hook for child and spousal support.
