Kenya Moore’s Estranged Husband Marc Daly Fires Back At Reality Star’s Claim There Are ‘Issues Impacting The Safety’ of Their Daughter Brooklyn In Divorce Court

Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore’s divorce from Marc Daly is getting nasty with the two arguing over their 2-year-old daughter’s "safety".
According to court documents obtained by Breaking Celebrity News, Marc recently fired back at Kenya’s demand for a temporary hearing. In her motion, Kenya said, “The petition as filed shows that this Court’s intervention is need as to the custody of the minor child.”
Her lawyer said, “there are various issues impacting the care, safety, and well-being of the minor child that could be continuously impacted if not addressed at least on a “temporary” basis.” She did not provide detail for her request beyond the one line.
As Breaking Celebrity News first reported, Kenya filed for divorce from Marc back in May. She is demanding primary legal and legal custody of their daughter.
Kenya listed the date of marriage as June 10, 2017 and the date of separation as September 19. 2019.
