Ex-'RHOBH' Star Lisa Vanderpump's Dog Foundation Denies Committing Fraud In Battle Over Worm-Infested Puppy

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump’s dog foundation is denying it caused a woman emotional distress after allegedly selling her a sick dog.

According to court documents obtained by Breaking Celebrity News, the Bravo star is making moves to dismiss the case brought by a woman who adopted a dog from her West Hollywood store, Vanderpump Dogs.

As Breaking Celebrity News previously reported, back in July, Kimberly Dillon sued the company accusing them of selling her a worm-infested puppy.

Dillon says she visit the reality star’s Vanderpump Dogs store in West Hollywood back in July 2019. She ended up buying a dachshund puppy named Cassie.

In the suit, Dillon said she was also told the puppy had shots and all necessary treatments. She also claims to have been provided with a false immunization record and a false certificate stating Cassie had received a deworming treatment.
