It seems the like days of #1 records and sold-out arenas are over for Miley Cyrus. Breaking Celebrity News has learned that low ticket sales and missing marks on the Billboard charts have left industry insiders believing a Las Vegas residency might be the only thing to save her.
According to sources, panic set in when her last album Plastic Hearts, and the singles, didn't skyrocket to the top Billboard spot.
Despite paying for a massive promotion campaign, the 2020 album debuted at #2, with its single Midnight Sky coming in at the disappointing #14 spot on the Hot 100 chart.
Miley's follow-up single Prisoner did even worse. It peaked at #54 even though Grammy winner Dua Lupa was on the track.
Breaking Celebrity News is told Miley's concerts aren't selling out like the old days.
Our music sources reveal, the singer's Fourth of July show at Resorts World in Las Vegas was far from a success.
