Prosecutors Furious After Ghislaine Maxwell's Attorney Publicly Compares Her Case To Bill Cosby Following His Release, Demand Judge Take Action

Prosecutors are pissed at Ghislaine Maxwell's attorney after he compared her case to Bill Cosby.
According to legal documents obtained by Breaking Celebrity News, prosecutors in her sexual assault case are demanding the judge take action against David Oscar Markus.
On Wednesday, Markus wrote an Op-Ed in the New York Daily News declaring Ghislaine should be released from prison because of an alleged technicality, just like Cosby.
"She should not have to fight her case at trial and her case should be thrown out, just like Cosby's has been, because prosecutors promised Epstein when he pleaded guilty that they would not prosecute her," Markus stated in the Op-Ed.

But prosecutors are saying not so fast.
They want U.S. District Judge Alison J. Nathan -- who is presiding over Ghislaine's case -- to force Markus to stop talking.
Prosecutors are worried he's already tainted potential jurors with his Cosby narrative.
They argue "not only did his statements directly comment on the merits of this case, but they did so in a manner designed to appeal directly to the pool of potential jurors in this case."
