Rob Kardashian Demands Ex Blac Chyna Be Ordered To Cough Up $32k In Assault Lawsuit Amid Fight Over DCFS Report

Rob Kardashian is back in court fighting his baby mama Blac Chyna’s attempt to dismiss his assault and battery lawsuit.
According to court documents obtained by Radar, the former Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is demanding his case move forward despite Chyna’s recent motion.
As we reported, Chyna is making moves to have Rob’s case tossed claiming a bombshell report from the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) proves he is lying.
Rob is suing Chyna over an alleged attack that went down on December 14, 2016. The couple was living at his sister Kylie Jenner’s home when they started fighting.
He claims she tried to strangle him with an iPhone charging cord and hit him with a metal pole. Chyna denies attacking him claiming her actions were in self-defense.
Currently, Chyna is fighting to unseal a DCFS report that she claims shows Rob never mentioned abuse when grilled by investigators.
In newly filed docs, Rob argues the court should deny Chyna’s plea to dismiss all claims against her. He says the evidence he presented proves he is telling the truth.
The reality star points to the multiple third-party witnesses who filed declarations in the case. Kris Jenner’s boyfriend Corey Gamble told the court he saw Chyna attacking Rob in person.
