The former mayor of New York claims Carlson defamed him when he accused Giuliani of being "an agent" for Israel.
Rudy Giuliani Will See Tucker Carlson in Court

Giuliani accused Carlson of defaming him in linking him to Israel.
Giuliani went on a rant on Newsmax on Sunday, August 23, bringing up a section of the former Fox News host's interview with Joe Biden's son, in which the two discussed Israel’s rumored role in the leak of Hunter's laptop contents, and suggested the former mayor may have had something to do with it.
"I'm seriously considering suing him," Giuliani scolded. "During the course of his interview, in which Tucker virtually had Hunter on his lap, feeding him a bottle, he asked him about, you know – [the leak] didn't come from the Russians.
"Now he's saying Hunter is – that Bibi Netanyahu set it up, and at the conclusion of his saying that... Tucker said, 'I agree.'
"In other words, he agrees that I was and Trump was an agent for Bibi."

The former mayor blasted that Carlson could 'go to h---'
But the 82-year-old was just getting started, shouting that Carlson, "can go to h---!"
"I wasn't an agent for anybody but myself and the United States of America and the man I was representing," Giuliani raged. "That's been proven 40 times over.
"I'm gonna sue him! I don't know what has happened to Tucker Carlson, but if he's not working for somebody else, he's doing a good imitation of it."
Tucker Carlson Goes to War With Pete Hegseth

Carlson made his comments during an interview with Hunter Biden.
Carlson has become an expert at ticking off President Trump's most devoted minions. Earlier this month, the 57-year-old took aim at Trump over the Iran war and blasted Pete Hegseth's role in advancing it.
"When you see your Secretary of War jumping around like a deranged, bloodthirsty monkey calling for the murder of innocents and no one says anything about it, then you know we've taken a path that nobody can be proud of," Carlson railed.
"And by the way, the idea that there is a department of war is itself an assault on decency because what is the point of war? It's to defend yourself," he continued. "Only an indecent country wages wars if it doesn't have to. And the only reason ever to wage war to kill people is to defend yourself.
"That's why it was always called the Defense Department. At least for the past 80 years, the Defense Department."
Pete Hegseth Fires Back at Tucker Carlson

Carlson has also angered Pete Hegseth over the war in Iran.
Hegseth fired back at Carlson, promising that the Trump administration would tune out the public outcry against the war.
"Tucker Carlson called the war 'disgusting and evil' and then said unconditional surrender, which the president has called for, means 'foreign troops get to r--e your wives and daughters,'" Hegseth, 46, said during a recent speaking engagement.
"We're busy executing on behalf of great patriotic Americans with a clear mission that's 47 years overdue, and we're gonna execute on that regardless of what people say about it," he added.
