T.I. and his wife Tiny Harris will not face charges after allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting a woman because the statute of limitations has run its course.
According to reports, prosecutors have decided not to move forward with the case against The Family Hustle reality stars over the alleged 2005 incident.
Meaning, T.I. and Tiny come off scot-free after their accuser filed a police report claiming the famous duo drugged and assaulted her more than 15 years ago after they met at a Los Angeles club.

In the documents, prosecutors make it clear that the allotted 10-year statute of limitations is over and done with.
As Breaking Celebrity News reported, the LAPD launched an investigation into the allegations in May.
The alleged L.A. incident isn't the only one that's been reported.
An alleged second victim came forward against the couple, filing a police report with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. She claimed T.I. and Tiny drugged and sexually assaulted her in 2010.
