Jamie Lynn Spears' former co-star Alexa Nikolas is suing her ex-husband for sexual battery, claiming he groomed her as a minor for his sexual pleasure only to convince her to marry him after "forcing [expletive] penetration" on her for one year.

Alexa — who claims she first reached out to Milosh when she was 16 and he was 33 — says not only did the Canadian singer "utilize his power of authority and seniority" over her, but he also "terrorized, sodomized, and abused" her to "satisfy his prurient and economic desires."

Jamie Lynn's former on-screen friend makes it perfectly clear — she alleges he sexually groomed her "as a minor child, to manipulate her into trusting him."

Alexa claims they first connected on MySpace in 2008 after she reached out to him as a fan. The former Nickelodeon star says that despite the fact she was just a teen, Milosh was "flirtatious and sexual in nature."

She alleges that after gaining her trust, he "used his status in the industry, authority, seniority" and "fame" to sexually assault her.
