Portwood, 27, has been sober ever since she was released from prison in November 2013 for after serving 16 months on drug-related charges. “There isn’t an issue with her sobriety,” a family insider told Breaking Celebrity News.
As Breaking Celebrity News exclusively reported, Portwood’s baby daddy was arrested on March 3, 2014 for driving under the influence. He was ordered to serve 96 hours in Los Angeles County Jail and pay $2,120 in fines and fees. He was also required to attend 20 alcoholic anonymous/narcotics anonymous meetings twice a week.
“To the best of my knowledge, Andrew doesn’t have issues with addiction,” the source said. “He’s been busted in the past, but it’s not a recurring thing.”
But as for her ex-fiancé Matt Baier, he had substance abuse issues and admitted to relapsing while with the TMOG star. “Her last relationship, there were recurring issues,” the insider said of Baier. “If she was okay for those three years, then she will be fine now.”

Portwood announced her split from Baier in July. In August, Breaking Celebrity News revealed video of Portwood getting cozy with Glennon while filming for TMOG.
Breaking Celebrity News broke the news earlier this month that she’s expecting. “It was totally unexpected, but she is really excited,” a source close to Portwood told Breaking Celebrity News. “She’s been feeling really sick lately, but her spirits are good.”
