Cooper, 44, didn't appear to have quite as chiseled of a jawline in his younger years.
"It looks like he has a much stronger jawline," said board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Darren Smith, who has not treated the actor. "The jawline may have been accomplished with fillers, like Voluma."
The A Star Is Born actor's nose wasn't always so perfect.
"While the stronger nasal dorsum may have been accomplished with fillers, the more refined nasal tip is more likely to have been achieved with surgery," explained Dr. Smith of Cooper's "more refined" nose.
Cooper was always known as a handsome leading man, even before he may have tinkered with his face.
