Harrison Ford's plane crash left the actor bloody and on a stretcher as emergency personnel tended to his wounds.
Ford's solo flight in a 1942 Ryan Aeronautical ST3KR on March 5 ended up with him bloody and battered.
Medics worked on Ford right on the golf course where his plane crashed.
Ford's son tweeted that his father is "on the mend" -- no doubt due to the help of first responders.
"Dad has the best care possible, on the mend and of strong mind body & spirit," Ford's son wrote on March 7.
The 72-year-old actor declared "engine failure" just before the crash and requested "immediate return" to airport.
The Indiana Jones star had a "a pretty bad laceration" about "the size of a pancake," an eyewitness told People.
Ford has a love for flying. He pilots his own planes and has survived crashes before.
An eyewitness told Breaking Celebrity News, "He had angels on his wings today. If you get out of a plane that crashed, that is enough said right there."

Ford's wife Calista Flockhart rushed to his side.
Paramedics brought Ford to UCLA Medical Center where he is expected to make a full recovery.
